If this is your first time here then welcome and thank you for joining the family. This post is long overdue and I've just been procrastinating for days, but thankfully if you're reading this then it's finally done 😅.
I can proudly say that the world has gone digital and more and more we're moving into a realm where social media gets almost everything moving. It's not a surprise that one of the most popular platforms for this is "Instagram". The gram has come a long way since it began and people don't only enjoy the attention they get from the platform but as well as make a living out of it.
Now so many people wonder how they grow on Instagram, hopefully, these tips might be able to help you out.
#TIP 1 BE CONSISTENT
Yes Consistency is key. If you're not consistent how will your followers know you're present. You've got to let your presence be known. Mind you it's not just about being consistent. Consistency comes with a lot of strings attached. ( The rest of the tips).
#TIP 2 HAVE GOOD CONTENT
You have to give your followers reasons to keep following you as well as show future followers what you have to offer. This tip goes hand in hand with consistency because you might post something really nice and then the next time you post again would be months later ❌❌❌.
Let your content show how creative you are, think both out of and inside the box.
#TIP 3 POST GOOD QUALITY CONTENT
I think this is where most people fall out. We can see that you're active and you post frequently. Your content has a nice concept and we can see how creative you are but your pictures and videos are lacking in the quality department. Most times when this happens people wouldn't even want to like the post and all your hard work might not look like it's paying off. So try and have good quality pictures. Don't forget lighting and angles matter.
Make an effort to remain active, with good high-quality content.
#TIP 4 INTERACT WITH YOUR FOLLOWERS
This tip might not look important but it's one of the most important ones. The fact that you're interacting with your followers already means you're consistent. So now how do you interact?

All you have to do is show your followers you care. By doing this you get to know if you have active followers and it lets you Identify your audience. Hundred active followers are 10 times more valuable than 1000 inactive ones🙅🏾♀️.
Instagram has amazing features that allow you to interact with your followers; The question stickers are a great example of them. Asking questions through your captions is another great way of interacting or going live and just having some fun. Get creative!
#TIP 5 BE ATTRACTIVE
This doesn't mean physical attraction ❌❌❌
Your username has to be attractive. It must not be your actual name.The main point is that it should be able to attract people to want to follow you.
Make your bio attractive, let your bio say something about who you are. It's nice when you can express yourself with just a bio talk-less of when you start posting any content. Your bio says a lot about you, so try and make it count.
Moving on from the bio we have your profile picture.
Personally I don't feel it has to be a picture of you. It can be a cartoon character or even and eye 😂🤷🏽♀️
Be creative with it.
It captivates and attracts people to your page.
You've reached this point and these few tips should be sufficient enough to give you the growth you want, but I'll warn you before you start. This growth does not happen overnight. You've got to put in all the hours and when you do that I can assure you that you'll see the growth you want.
