How To Finally Break Up With Procrastination + Get Together With Productivity

Personally, I am a recovering procrastination addict. I would procrastinate various things from house chores to even paying bills.  Would you believe I procrastinated writing this post on reducing how we procrastinate? Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished by a certain deadline. - Wikipedia  What does procrastination actually cost us? Procrastination is the thief of time.  This can't be the first time we're hearing this statement. This very popular proverb/idiom simply means  Putting off an action leads to time-wasting. If something is necessary, it is best to act quickly to accomplish it.  You might be thinking that we have all the time in the world but you forget that time never stops, you can't get even a second of yesterday that has passed. Once it's gone, it's gone forever. This is giving us an insight into how precious time is and that a mere act or habit such as procrastination costs us something so pre...

Why We Compare Ourselves To Others and How To Stop

For as long as I can remember I have battled with comparison and I still continue to battle with it. Dear (inserts his/her name), It's been ages since we last interacted. I hope you are doing fine, staying safe, resting, being productive, and whatnot. Our last encounter was about two months ago and then school decided to take me away. I'm really sorry that I was gone for so long, I hope you forgive me. I have a very important question to ask you. Before I ask, I would love to spill some tea about my time away. Schooling online in Nigeria is a total disaster (Okay it's not a total disaster don't mind me)🥴. I won't even sugar coat it. We don't have the proper resources in this country to carry out E-learning. Is it Airtel and MTN you want to rely on? Don't even get me started on the power supply. Once you feel you've arrived PHCN (Power Holding Company Of Nigeria) will show you that you haven't. At first, I thought, oh yeah it will be as easy as taking an online class because I'm very sure some of us usually ta...
